ok. so I decided I "Kneaded" some dough and I would start to teach bread baking lessons. All I had to do was have a nice little picture of my bread and put some words on it to e-mail out to friends.
Can you believe what my friend (and master of creativity and photography) Lori did for me when I asked if she could make my bread look good? She is amazing! I am looking forward to classes---I think it will so much fun!

This is truly spectacular. I sure wish I could take your class. I can't think of anything quite as comforting as freshly baked bread with butter and home made jam. I hope this doesn't sound strange, but that bread feeling is how I've always thought of you...warm and comforting and sweet.
